Q-KFI: Online KFI Generator
As part of the mortgage application process, Q-KFI can be used to produce a Key Fact Illustration (KFI) as specified by the Financial Services Authority. Following successful completion of the Decision in Principle (DIP) part of the process, an applicant can then answer a few more questions in order to generate the required KFI in either Microsoft Word or Acrobat PDF formats.
Our flexible approach means that Q-KFI can be used effectively whether tightly coupled with a bank or building society's principal mortgage application system or even in cases where it's not possible to interface directly. Q-KFI provides Q-PoinT's own KFI generator and will replicate data from elsewhere in an organisation's systems. |

Q-Mail: Secure 2-way Messaging
Q-Mail allows secure messaging between banks or building societies and their customers via Q-PoinT. The system alerts your administrators to any incoming customer messages, and enables you to send secure messages to specified groups of account holders using Q-PoinT to access their accounts.

Q-Trak: Application Tracking
Q-Trak enables an applicant to track the progress of any application made with your organisation within a secure, easy to use online system. Once an application has been received from the internet an automated acknowledgement is sent to the customer via the Tracker System. The customer receives an email with a link to their secure personal tracking page, allowing them to view the current progress of their application. Every major change to, or milestone in, the application process may be logged or picked up from your back office application and then communicated to the applicant.
Updating the progress of an indivdual application is a simple online process for internal system administrators; alternatively a progress status report can be generated from the database on a daily basis or using an automated overnight SQL routine.
